Why Sciatica Usually Occurs To Females

Before getting into the topic deeply, we have to know what is Sciatica and why it happens  and what differentiate Sciatica from other Hip pains and Back pain. Sciatica nerves limb through the lower back through the hips and buttocks and down to each leg. Sciatica refers to pain that radiates along the path of the sciatic nerve, which branches from your lower back through your hips and buttocks and down each leg.

Sciatica occurs by an irritation, inflammation or condensation of a nerve in the lower back. The most common cause is a herniated or slipped disk that causes pressure on the nervus spinalis. It mostly occurs to the pregnancy womens during the third trimester as both mother and baby are growing up as it raises pressure on the uterus which leads the pressure on the sciatic nerve as for the pregnant womens this pain result on both the legs, lower back and which even causes issue in the walking style of them. Most of the girls go through this pain during most of their periods time for some of the girls this pain will be severe and may crosses the extreme level as if there body is imbalance or weak.

So usually most the doctors suggest the girls to have food items which are high in iron and add them to your daily diet of breakfast, lunch or even in dinner and snacks

  • Lentils and Beans
  • Steamed Potatoes
  • Leafy vegetables like Spinach
  • Fortified Cereals.
  • Whole-grain and Multigrain breads.
  • Dry fruit Cashews.
